Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my filter sand needs replacement?

Filter sand should have a base lifespan of 5-8 years, this is however dependent entirely on the running conditions of your pool and its equipment. You may notice old sand causes lower than average pressure or the filtration is unsatisfactory even after backwash.

How does billing work?

You will be asked for a percentage based deposit before a service is scheduled, we use secure third party billing software with emailed invoices. The remaining total of the service will be sent via invoice or auto bill.

How much is a standard service?

The base rate of a full job costs $1.00/LB of sand your filter is rated for, extra expense may be added for different filter media, long distance services, modifications necessary for filter access, or extra component repairs or replacements.

What other services are available?

We are a wide servicing pool maintenance company offering regular cleaning in qualifying locations and equipment repairs. If your sand filter or other surrounding equipment need replacement we will happily do so, equipment renovations are also available. Some filters were not built for removal of the multiport valve on top, this will require installation of unions to all hard plumbed connections of the valve.
